Aussies Abroad is a social network aiming to foster contact and cultural exchange between fellow Australians, or people with significant connections or links to Australia, who are living in Switzerland. This network gives Aussies the opportunity to contact other Aussies, exchange anecdotes and information, and perhaps soothe that feeling of homesickness or longing for the Sunburnt Country.

Activities:

	E-mail service: An e-mail discussion group is run through the Yahoo Groups facility. Exchange news, information or questions with other participants. Messages are moderated. To subscribe, click here.
	Monthly pub/social night: Second Tuesday of every month from 6.30 pm at the Outback Lodge - Australian Bar & Food House, Stadelhoferstrasse 18, 8001 Zürich, beside Bahnhof Stadelhofen. Come for a chin-wag, snack or a coldie. The regulars usually sit outside near the side entrance to the bar area, so as to avoid the smoke inside. More...
	Social events: No social events are organised. Anyone on the mailing group who wishes to initiate an event independently is welcome to do so.
